FAQs
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation up to 72 hours before the first session will receive a full refund minus 6% to cover processing fees. Cancellation within 72 hours of the first session will not be reimbursed, but attendees can apply the registration fees towards a seat in future cohort.
Do I need to pay for all three workshops at once?
We can arrange a payment plan, but the full payment must be received by the date of the first session. Contact us to make arrangements.
Can I get a partial refund if I need to miss one of the sessions?
Unfortunately, no. Seating is limited and once we sell a seat, we cannot resell it at the last minute.
What if I miss a session?
As each session in the workshop series builds upon the next, the quality of the experience for you will be impacted. We suggest you try hard not to miss a session. If you miss a session due to an unavoidable emergency, accommodations may be made for a one-hour one-on-one mentoring session in place of attendance at a session, although this will not replace attendance at the session. Also, workshop handouts will be made available to you.
Will the workshop series be offered virtually?
Not at this time. Due to the nature of the workshop approach, attendees will get the most from a session by being in person. However, one on one mentoring can be done virtually.
Policies
Minimum participation is required for the workshop series. AOR 360 reserves the right to cancel a workshop series and provide a full refund to attendees.
Absolutely no harassment or inappropriate behaviour will be tolerated. Participants are expected to demonstrate mutual respect, kindness and professionalism.
